We are looking for a digital copywriter to join our team based in Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds. We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experience.

In addition, this role is eligible for an annual bonus paying up to 7% of your annual salary based on company profitability.

Candidate

For this role we are looking for someone who has experience of writing digital copy. Your role will include creating copy for websites, marketing activity and social media across various brands so experience working with brand and tone of voice guidelines will come in very handy.

Creative writing skills are a must! You should also have a working knowledge of creating copy for SEO and writing for the web. If you have some exposure to writing within financial services, that will come in incredibly useful.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your job will be to work with the rest of the content team to deliver content strategies and targeted marketing campaigns. Working from creative briefs from across the business, you will be tasked with creating engaging copy that is in line with our brands.

We are looking for a partner success manager to join our team based in Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds.

We offer a competitive salary paying up to £23,000 per annum dependent on experience.

In addition, this role is eligible for an annual bonus paying up to 7% of your annual salary based on company profitability.

Candidate

We are looking for somebody who has experience within an account management/partner success role. You will be a people person and be able to adapt your conversational style in order to meet our partners’ expectations.

Your role is to build relationships with our partners and ensure they are achieving their optimum return on investment. You will be involved from the initial onboarding call through the full lifecycle of the account. This will include monthly account review calls, conference calls and delivering training sessions when required, so we need somebody who is confident in their telephone manner and presentation skills.

You will need to be commercial, and we need you to spot growth opportunities within accounts and be somebody who is proactive to fix any issues that may arise.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your job will be to take full responsibility for a portfolio of partners, you will deliver our structured Partner Success Programme for all new and existing accounts, owning the partner lifecycle from initial onboarding call.

You will handle all inbound enquiries from new and existing partners and resolve any queries that our partners may have as efficiently as possible and in line with their SLA requirements. You will also work very closely with the wider sales and customer experience team to gain insight into our partners’ performance.

We are looking for an experienced quality analyst to join our team based in Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds.

Candidate

We are looking for someone who has experience listening to high volumes of customer service and sales calls. Your role will be to ensure call quality is consistent across the business and that we are meeting call objectives on every call, so a high attention to detail is imperative.

You will help shape best practice within the teams, so if you have experience in delivering feedback to individuals or some training and development experience that will come in very handy.

You will also have a good understanding of risk management and be able to use your experience to provide analysis and insight on ways we can improve current processes.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your job will be to monitor high volumes of calls across our outbound sales and customer experience teams to ensure our high levels of service are achieved and maintained. You will be identifying any improvements that can be made within the teams and working closely with management to implement these.

You will use your insights and activity to deliver quality reports to the management team when required and you will be able to work autonomously to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets set by the business.
