We have an exciting opportunity for a PPC Executive to join our team based in Pool in Wharfedale, Leeds. The role is paying a competitive salary + bonus.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Creation of Google AdWords and Bing campaigns including keyword research, ad copy writing, ad group segmentation etc.

· Budget management in line with strategy and to ensure that monthly spend is on target.

· Campaign reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on business requirements.

· Campaign optimisation together with your line manager.

· Working closely with your wider team in creating quarterly project plans for each of your websites.

· To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your websites.

· Gaining further AdWords and Analytics qualifications in addition to existing ones.

The ideal candidate:

· A PPC Executive with relevant experience that wants to build their career.

· A fast thinking dynamic person with a positive attitude, able to function under pressure, and an exceptional aptitude for learning, combined with common sense and initiative.

· An individual who has good presentation skills, but above all, exemplary relationship building skills.

· An individual that can function both as a team player, and in a standalone capacity - able to organise yourself and others around you to a common goal.

· You must be professional, articulate and self-motivated with basic Microsoft Office skills, and be familiar with Windows operating systems along with desktop editors for Adwords and Bing.

· Ideally you will be AdWords Qualified with both Fundamentals and Advanced qualifications.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. Based in Pool in Wharfedale, Leeds, the role is paying a competitive salary of up to £21,000 + bonus. We're a high growth organisation, so there are definite opportunities to develop and progress your career into leadership and management within Lead Tech.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in proactively developing and nurturing enterprise accounts - ideally within the financial sector - with experience in selling professional services.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify and close sales opportunities within the customer base to deliver sales growth
· Grow existing accounts and further penetrate new accounts
· Manage and handle inbound enquiries from existing accounts
· Manage complex sales campaigns and engage, build and maintain relationships up to a senior level
· Sell a breadth of professional services to enterprise customers
· Take accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
· Plan and own multiple solution sales campaigns
· Keep up to date with market trends and track competition
· Adapt sales style to meet customer requirements and expectations
· Demonstrate a customer and business focused attitude
· Consistently develop presentation, communication, influencing and negotiation skills

The Ideal Candidate:

· Demonstrate extensive commercial experience and a proven track record in customer management
· Have commercial, financial and legal understanding
· Have a natural ability to adapt style to customer requirements
· Experience of working in a highly customer and business focused environment
· Have exceptional presentation, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
· Be able to manage complex sales campaigns and engage, build and maintain relationships up to a senior level.
· Ideally have some experience in planning, owning and delivering multiple sales campaigns
