Appointment Setter -

We are excited to invite dynamic, self-driven professionals to become part of the Lead Tech team. We’re currently offering an exciting opportunity for experienced appointment setters to join us in Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds. This role comes with a competitive starting salary of £23,000, rising to £23,500 after six months, along with an uncapped monthly commission structure that rewards your success.

About You

We’re seeking an experienced appointment setter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You should have a proven track record in outbound sales or customer service, with the natural ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can easily adapt and excel in a fast-paced setting.

Your enthusiasm and professional attitude are more important to us than specific industry experience, though familiarity with financial services products is a plus. We will provide all the tools and training necessary to help you grow and succeed in your role at Lead Tech.

Location: Pool-in-Wharfedale, Leeds
Salary:

  • Basic: £23,000, increasing to £23,500 after 6 months
  • Monthly Bonus: Based on personal performance. Around £1000 for achieving monthly target, however, bonus is uncapped
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 7% of annual salary, based on company profitability

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Expected hours: 37.5 per week
  • This role is working full time hours between 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday – Friday and working 1 Saturday every 6 weeks
  • Hybrid working model

 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Speak with customers to understand their needs through a thorough fact-finding process. Your goal is to connect them with the most suitable financial advisor from our network.
  • Appointment Setting: Book appointments between customers and financial advisors, ensuring a seamless connection to help customers with their financial queries.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism, ensuring that each customer is matched with the right advisor for their situation.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Team Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks outside of appointment setting calls, demonstrating strong teamwork and attention to detail.
