Lead Tech has achieved B Corp certification

Lead Tech is proud to announce that it has achieved B Corp certification. This certification is a significant milestone for the company, as it confirms our commitment to social and environmental responsibility alongside profit. Lead Tech joins the ranks of other inspirational B Corps such as Patagonia, Ben and Jerry's, and Innocent who have demonstrated their dedication to creating a positive impact.  

The B Corp certification is awarded to businesses who meet rigorous social and environmental standards and choose to change their corporate structure to be legally accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders.  

This certification covers five key impact areas: 

1. Governance,  
2. Workers,  
3. Community,  
4. Environment, 
5. Customers,  

It requires applicants to reach a benchmark score of 80 or more. Companies must provide evidence of socially and environmentally responsible practices such as energy supplies, waste and water use, worker compensation, diversity, and corporate transparency.  

Lead Tech's B Corp certification is a testament to our steadfast commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The certification process was conducted by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, which confirms Lead Tech's long-term dedication to making a positive impact.
