Our talented team

Lead Tech is full of fun, friendly people. We’ve got years of expertise between us, and we’re constantly investing in our staff to help them grow and develop their careers. Our team features competitive, results-minded people, with passion and knowledge for everything they do. Although we all have diverse talents and responsibilities, we’re united on our simple mission: to generate our partners £1 billion in revenue by 2018.

Life at Lead Tech

We might work tirelessly to find your future customers, but we do find some time to play too! We’re a close-knit team, and our well-used games room and regular socials attest to this. The early finishes on a Friday and a lot of great food and cake going around are just a few of the perks of working at Lead Tech – we can assure you, there’s never a dull moment!

Director

Before founding Lead Tech with Nigel in 2008, Paul owned a web agency – so has plenty of experience in digital. Being a Director means his role is fast-paced; he’s constantly looking at new ideas, developing strategy and focusing on the company vision, so every day is challenging and different. He’s been all over the world as part of his 12 years in the RAF, but is now settled in Yorkshire with his wife and their sons – with most of his spare time spent coaching and watching them play Rugby.

His career in sales and marketing spans over 25 years, and he’s happy to lend his expertise to our staff by providing direction and mentoring to the team here. Outside of work, Nigel enjoys time with his friends and family or on the golf-course, and loves finding new places to eat out!
